1.3 DIGITAL-FIRST COMMUNICATION POLICY
1.3.1. Electronic Notices. By accessing our Services, you agree that all contracts, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided by us electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
1.3.2. No Physical Mail Processing. The Providers listed above are digital-native entities. We do not maintain facilities for processing unannounced physical mail or service of process at our registered offices unless required by statutory law. All legal notices should be directed to legal@pinkdude.com to ensure prompt receipt and acknowledgement.
1.4 REGULATORY DISCLOSURES (EU/UK)
1.4.1. Digital Services Act (DSA) - EU Regulation 2022/2065.
Single Point of Contact: MB Ugauga is designated as the Single Point of Contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services.

1.4.2. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
EU Consumers: The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
UK Consumers: Disputes may be referred to the relevant UK Ombudsman service if internal resolution fails.
Internal Resolution: We are neither committed nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We prefer to resolve disputes directly with our users via legal@pinkdude.com.
1.4.3. Professional Liability.
Unless otherwise stated in the Master Terms (Document 2.1), the professional liability of the Operators is limited to the provision of technical infrastructure and software services. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
Implementation Note:
DSA Compliance: Section 1.4.1 is mandatory for all cloud providers operating in the EU as of 2024/2025. It designates MB Ugauga as your legal representative for EU content moderation issues.
