The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • ensure responsible, ethical, and lawful AI usage;

  • prevent misuse, abuse, or exploitation of AI capabilities;

  • protect platform integrity, availability, and infrastructure;

  • safeguard data security, confidentiality, and privacy;

  • mitigate regulatory, legal, operational, and reputational risks.

This Policy supplements the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 6.3), Terms of Service, and all other applicable agreements.

2. SCOPE

This Policy applies to:

  • all users of AI-enabled features;

  • API consumers;

  • enterprise clients;

  • automated integrations and agents;

  • authorized resellers or partners (if applicable).

Use of AI Systems constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

3. PERMITTED USE

AI Systems may be used only for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes consistent with applicable laws and the Platform’s policies.

Permitted use includes:

  • legitimate business automation;

  • content assistance within legal boundaries;

  • analytical or operational support;

  • approved integration workflows.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • verifying AI-generated outputs prior to reliance;

  • ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

  • implementing appropriate human oversight where required;

  • avoiding overreliance on automated decision-making systems.

4. PROHIBITED USE

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity

Using AI Systems to:

  • generate illegal content, CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), or NCII (Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery);

  • facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deception;

  • create malware, exploits, or intrusion tools;

  • promote violence, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination;

  • infringe intellectual property rights.

4.2 Automated Abuse

  • Mass content generation for spam networks;

  • Bot farms or engagement manipulation;

  • Synthetic review manipulation;

  • Search engine ranking abuse or SEO manipulation;

  • Marketplace or platform manipulation.

4.3 Model Extraction & Reverse Engineering

Users may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze AI models;

  • probe, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights or parameters;

  • conduct systematic prompt injection or adversarial probing;

  • systematically query the system to replicate model behavior;

  • use outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve competing models without express written authorization.

4.4 Data Exploitation

  • Uploading personal data without lawful basis;

  • Processing sensitive or regulated data without authorization;

  • Attempting to extract confidential system information;

  • Circumventing data isolation or access controls.

4.5 High-Risk Use Cases

AI Systems may not be used for:

  • medical diagnosis or treatment decisions;

  • automated legal advice;

  • autonomous weapons or military targeting;

  • credit scoring, employment screening, or eligibility determinations;

  • biometric surveillance or facial recognition.
    Unless explicitly authorized in writing under a separate enterprise agreement, such use is prohibited.

4.6 Evasion of Provenance and Watermarking

Users may not remove, obscure, alter, or attempt to bypass:

  • invisible watermarks;

  • metadata;

  • cryptographic signatures;

  • system-level output provenance mechanisms.

5. HUMAN OVERSIGHT REQUIREMENT

Users must implement appropriate human review for:

  • business-critical outputs;

  • regulatory-sensitive workflows;

  • public-facing AI-generated content;

  • automated decision systems affecting individuals’ rights or opportunities.

The Platform is not responsible for user reliance on AI outputs.

Where required by applicable law, users must disclose to end-users when content or interactions are AI-generated.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Input: User retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Input data.

  • Output: User owns the Output generated by the AI Systems in response to their Input.

  • Similarity Disclaimer: User acknowledges that due to the probabilistic nature of AI, generic inputs may result in identical or similar outputs for other users. User has no claim over such generic outputs.

6.2 User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

  • all prompts submitted;

  • all data uploaded;

  • all content generated;

  • all downstream distribution or publication of AI outputs.

6.3 Enterprise Data Protection

The Platform does not use Customer Data (Inputs or Outputs) submitted within paid Enterprise tiers to train, fine-tune, or improve foundational AI models without explicit opt-in consent.

6.4 Feedback License

If User provides feedback, ratings, or corrections regarding AI Outputs ("Feedback"), User grants the Platform a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback to improve the Services and models.

7. RATE LIMITING & TECHNICAL CONTROLS

The Platform may implement:

  • usage thresholds and rate limits;

  • anomaly detection systems;

  • automated abuse monitoring;

  • API throttling;

  • session logging and telemetry.

Circumventing technical controls, access restrictions, or security safeguards is strictly prohibited.

8. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • monitor AI usage for abuse or risk patterns;

  • suspend, restrict, or terminate access;

  • investigate suspected violations;

  • preserve logs for compliance and legal purposes;

  • report unlawful activity to competent authorities where required (including NCMEC for CSAM).

Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect system integrity or legal compliance.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

AI-generated outputs:

  • may contain inaccuracies or nonsensical responses (“hallucinations”);

  • may reflect probabilistic predictions rather than factual certainty;

  • are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Not Professional Advice: AI Systems are not a substitute for professional advice. The Platform disclaims liability for decisions made solely or primarily on AI-generated outputs, particularly in medical, legal, financial, or employment contexts.

10. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Users are responsible for compliance with:

  • applicable data protection regulations;

  • AI governance and transparency requirements;

  • industry-specific regulatory obligations;

  • export control and sanctions laws.

Enterprise customers may be required to execute additional compliance documentation.

Upstream Provider Requirements

Users acknowledge that certain AI Systems rely on third-party foundational models or infrastructure providers.

Users must comply with any mandatory flow-down Acceptable Use Policies imposed by such upstream providers. The Platform may suspend or restrict access where required to maintain compliance with those obligations.

11. POLICY UPDATES

This Policy may be updated to reflect evolving AI technologies, regulatory developments, risk landscapes, or operational changes.

Continued use of AI Systems following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
